Early Arrival/Late Departure
It is now possible to extend your reservation by one or more hours by reserving Earlier Arrival and/or Later Departure. The additional time is charged for per hour and subject to availability, this includes Bag Drop / Leaving Baggage
To calculate the hourly rate divide your (average) nightly room rate by 21
Example: at 299 Euro per night the charge is 14.20 Euro per hour
If booking earlier arrival your room will be made available earlier than 3 pm
If booking later departure you will keep your room later than 11 am
Requesting availability at least 48 hours ahead is recommended. Contact us at email@example.com
Late Arrival is not usually a problem if we are in contact.
Please get in touch by 5pm on the day if you are going to be arriving around 9 or later.
After 11 pm, with no contact, we will conclude a ‘No Show’
Departure From the Property
Breakfast opens at 9.00 daily, in case of earlier departure, breakfast will not be available
Standard Latest 11.00
If you have not booked a late departure you may be charged an overstay charge if failing to exit in a timely fashion
Overstaying after 11 am is charged at 50 euro per hour per room
Guests booking early arrival (See Above) should come to the ‘second’ gate marked with an X in the image below. Also use the second gate if you have a low car, as the road at th first gate is rough. Google Maps and Our Directions will bring you to the first of the two gates, but you will need to continue around the property, follow the wall that circles the house, staying left until you come to the ‘second’ gate and ring the bell.
