The ‘Tuscany’ Suite
Our Villa Rental Alternative...
The Tuscany Suite is an entire floor of the house, booked exclusively to your family. At the 8-10 pax rate, 5 bedrooms / 4 bathrooms are available. At the 6-8 pax rate, we will keep one bedroom ‘closed’, providing 3–4 bedrooms / 4 bathrooms for your use. At the 10-12 pax rate, 6 bedrooms / 5 bathrooms are provided [with the addition of a ground floor double room] One of the accommodations, as you can see from the diagram below, is a 2-bedroom suite. First floor bedrooms are arranged around a large, luminous open-plan space, with internal glass gallery and watch tower, providing comfortable space to spend time together indoors. No other guests will be present, and so you will have private use of the garden kitchen [Summer Kitchen] and the 100 m salt water pool, as well as your own private entrance, and on-site parking for several cars. We will be here to help, in our typically discreet yet invaluable style, and our housekeeper will service the rooms in the mornings, whilst you enjoy Malvin’s gourmet offers for breakfast, in the big kitchen, or in the garden.
Who books it?
An excellent alternative to renting a house or villa, this option works for bigger groups looking for a shorter stay than the typical mandatory Saturday to Saturday villa stay. Contact us to get a customised rate for a smaller group [4–6 adults] or a non-exclusive rate.
